Artist Comments

This piece is made out of old Atlas pages cut out and sculpted in the shape of flowers gathered together like the earth. in the center of which sits a subtle heart made with larger flowers. There is a topographic arrangement so the heart sits higher than the edges of the earth. There are beads, nylon fiber and ribbon as well to compose the whole piece protected under a plexiglas shadow box.
